Neighborhood Shout Out: Thank You, Rough Hollow

Last week, Rough Hollow sent me these cute goodies to celebrate Valentine’s Day and their upcoming Fat Tuesday party in March. Étouffée! Yum!

If you’ve lived in Lakeway for a long time, like me, you remember when Rough Hollow was first being built. This resort community was the first to be built beyond The Hills of Lakeway neighborhood (behind World of Tennis Club) and essentially kicked off the development towards Hwy 71, which is now Serene Hills. It’s a spectacular location in the Texas Hill Country.

I just sold a beautiful home in Rough Hollow on Caicos Cove for $1,175,000. It was a gorgeous home in the gated “Enclave” section of Rough Hollow. The house had lush, neutral interiors, beautiful architectural elements and lived like a 1-story plan. The expansive kitchen had a butler’s pantry/wine bar overlooking the breakfast and family rooms. Perfect for entertaining!

The main living areas and master were down, upstairs had a media room, 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite baths. Plus, it had a stunning pool/spa with waterfalls, grill, fireplace, patios & lake views.

Now that the lake is full again, living the “rough life” is better than ever! 😉

Rough Hollow features gorgeous homes with beautiful views and lots of amenities that embrace life on the lake like pools, dining and the Rough Hollow Yacht Club & Marina. It’s in LTISD, so the schools are exceptional too. A win-win for homebuyers!
