After graduating from Baylor University in 2000 with a BA in Communication, Amber Hart developed an interest in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment. She became a licensed Realtor in 2007 and joined Keller Williams in Lakeway.

Amber immediately distinguished herself as an exceptional professional. In 2007, her first full year as a Realtor, she received a Silver Medal for being one of the most productive agents in the office, and the Rookie of the Year Award for her outstanding productivity as well as her contributions to the Lake Travis office.

In 2008 Amber closed more transactions than any individual agent in the Lake Travis office, which by that time had reached well over 200 agents. She had the second highest earned commission for an individual agent and was awarded a Double Gold Medal for productivity.

In 2009 she earned a Triple Gold Medal, placing her among the most productive individual agents in the country. That same year, the Austin Business Journal ranked Amber #8 among Top Individual Agents in the greater Austin area. She is a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Home Division, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild.

In addition to running her own successful business, Amber has taken a leading role at the Keller Williams Lake Travis Market Center, sharing her knowledge and experience to improve productivity for individual agents and for the Market Center as a whole. As a member of the Agent Leadership Council since 2008, she is part of a select group of agents who oversee the Market Center in much the same way a Board of Directors oversees a corporation, setting the vision and direction, and monitoring budget and profitability. During her tenure on the Council, the Lake Travis Market Center has grown to become the 3rd largest real estate office in Austin and has successfully profit shared with its agents, even in this difficult real estate environment. She has been a member of the Market Center's Master Faculty and regularly teaches other agents. She has served on the Recruiting Committee, The Education Committee, The Social Committee, and was Co-Chair of Red Day in Lakeway, a full day of community service sponsored by Keller Williams Cares.

Amber serves her community with the gifts of both time and treasure. For the past two years she has served on the Board of Directors of On Pegasus Wings an Austin based not-for-profit which supports children with autism and their families through horse therapy (www.onpegasuswings.org). She is a large contributor to Circle of Friends for the Dell Children's Hospital and, through her business, has created a special program so that a donation is made to the Dell Children's Hospital each time she participates in a real estate closing.

Among the organizations she contributes to are: Keller Williams Cares, Keller Williams Lake Travis Cares, Tex Arts, Dell Children's Hospital, Circle of Friends, Lance Armstrong Foundation, Autism Research of Austin, On Pegasus Wings.

Finally, she is the Room Mother for her daughter Gracie's pre-school class.

Amber Hart is the world's best realtor!! I came across one of her properties on-line and casually e-mailed her in October 2006. I did not start seriously looking for a house until March 2007, and I ended my search with a beautiful house in Steiner Ranch in May 2007.
